With a consultative, inclusive approach, Kate offers strategic vision and exceptional project leadership to deliver reliable results for clients. She helps the team create effective roadmaps and drives successful execution for each search.
With two decades in talent consulting and acquisition, first as a consultant assessing, developing and implementing talent management strategies, and then leading a professional recruiting practice and managing executive searches, Kate delivers deep expertise and strategic insights.
She inspires our team of search consultants with her understanding of and adaptability to the ever evolving talent market, and leads tailored teams to deliver excellent results.
Prior to founding TalentWell, Kate held roles in Account Management, Marketing, and Systems Engineering for several technology organizations, and was the Managing Director for S. Benjamins & Company, an executive search and talent consulting firm. She has an Engineering degree from Tufts University and deep roots in the tech industry. Additionally, Kate leads a Talent Acquisition forum of 25 companies in Orange County, CA.
